PLAN 1: Free AMC Terms & Conditions

100% Cartridge Exclusivity: This free service plan is valid ONLY if all toner cartridge refills and cartridge exchanges are sourced strictly through Print Fix.
Minimum Usage Rule: Must complete a minimum volume of 18 cartridge refills or exchanges per year (average 1+ cartridge per month per printer).
Outside Technician Penalty: Getting cartridges refilled or hardware serviced by any third-party technician immediately cancels this Free AMC.
Spare Parts Excluded: Only technician service labor is free. All physical replacement parts are charged extra at standard rates.
6-Month Waiting / Qualification Period: Free AMC is not activated instantly. To qualify, customers must maintain regular service and source all cartridge refills exclusively from Print Fix for an initial period of 6 months. Free AMC will be activated only after verifying 6 months of continuous regular usage.

Per-Printer Refill Requirement

The minimum volume requirement is calculated strictly per printer (12 refills/exchanges per printer per year). If a customer has multiple printers under AMC, the total yearly refill requirement increases accordingly (e.g., 1 Printer = 12 refills/year, 2 Printers = 24 refills/year, 3 Printers = 36 refills/year).

Upfront Contract Fee: ₹3,000 fixed yearly fee per laser printer. 100% Advance Payment Required
Free Small Parts Included: Includes replacement of saste/routine wearable parts (Pick-up Rubber, Separation Pad, Roller Bushes, Springs, and Small Gears) at zero extra cost.
Excluded Expensive / Major Parts: Teflon / Fuser Sleeve, Pressure Roller, Heating Element, Complete Fuser Assembly, Main Logic Board, Power Supply Board, and Laser Scanner Unit are NOT included and will be charged extra.
Exclusive Toner Supply: All toner refills and cartridge exchanges must be done strictly through Print Fix to prevent machine damage.

External Physical Damage: Damage caused by paper clips, stapler pins, liquid spills, rodent/rat bites, physical drops, or power surges (high voltage drop) is not covered under free service labor and will be charged separately.
